I don't know if its the brakes or not but this is what i hear. Every time i take my foot off the brakes, slightly, they make noice, like a squiling noice. Any of you have anything like this and know how to fix it.

PS. I do have good pads, so thats not the problem, at least i don't think...

There is definitely something wrong, as normal brakes should make no noise. Is there a possiblity that you brake with your left foot? Some people who do this tend to "ride" their brakes by resting their left foot on the pedal. This could cause a noise as the pads may not completely disengage from the rotors. Otherwise, a trip to the dealer is in order.

i've heard from many that this is a case of warped rotors. If u goto nissan to fix this 90% of the time they will just cut ur rotors to make them straight again but this is just a remedy for like 3000 miles... many people here have this problem... and u will have to pay nissan for the service... i wanna do a big brake upgrade... but u could just change rotors to beter quality ones...
