do the refills fit our OEM wiper? There's one thread here that says it fits, but I got an email from a supplier saying it does not.

MacNeil automotive carries them, thats where I got mine. Yes they are more expensive, but these will last longer than just about any other rubber wiper. They make no noise and are well worth the money.

www.optauto.com/webstore/

That's where I got mine from.... The 26" is hard to find and almost always out of stock. And yes, it's a direct replacement, at least it is for the 2002 SE. I bought the refills and just replaced my OEM factory wiper blades.

supplier will always say it won't fit because they want you to buy the full kit. technically, they're not supposed to fit, but piaa is stupid and doesnt' realize that we will do whatever it takes to make something fit/work.
thank you limsandy for the post. at least i can have someone else back me up when i say that it fits and your wasting your money buying the kit.
now go get those blades so that it can stop raining and you'll never end up using them..

Anyone know if the 2000/2001 refills are the same length as 2002/2003?

I know that on my 2000, that there are 2 different sizes required for drivers side refill and passenger side. I know because I've replaced them about 50 gazillion times since I bought this car.

I'm saying it's a direct replacement. READ MY POST ABOVE! Just take out the old ones and shove the new ones down. I bought the 26" for the driver's side and 17" for the passenger's side. And you're welcome, Polo. How is the Angel Eyes GD coming along?
