well i just got a 03 and i was wondering if it is normal to hear a whine??? i hear a whinning noise when just driving at low speeds??? it might be the engine? i had a 95 but i never heard anything like it? but mb i couldnt hear it because of exhaust and intake?? not sure
please help. its not that loud but can be hear inside the car

If the sound varies with the rpm's of the engine, its the engine. I know on my 03, it sounds like an electrical whine from the engine, rather than a throughty V8 engine sound, per say. Its just a different noise to get acustomed too.
