Just wanted to update everyone that I had the rotors turned this moring and replaced the pads with the nissan pads. The moaning has disappeared(athough I haven't done any agressive braking yet). I think the Axxis pads may be the problem. I'll let you know if I encounter any difficulties within the next few days.
