Sticky front passenger door

Hello All,

Sorry for the new message but seach option not available. I have seend two 5th generations have this problem where the passenger door is really hard to close. Both cars were never in an accident and the doors have been greased in maintenance. How and can I solve this problem? Should I get a new part for the door? If so, how hard will it be to replace the part or do I have to keep feeding it grease?
Thank you very much for your response.

They drowned the black plastic piece in grease, twice.

The 3rd time, I told them grease was unacceptable and they changed the black plastic piece that slides in and out of the door, at no charge. It's been ok since then.
