Nissan Bra for 2001

What is the best way to clean the inner part of the Nissan bra. I want to hang it up at the carwash and use the high pressure hose, but I would hate to screw it up.

All i do is hang it somewhere and spray the crap out of it...start up top and spray downwards to force all the dirt and grime out of the white backing. I've had mine for 2 years with no problems.
