Man what a difference!

I finally got around to changing out my A/T fluid. I did a simple drain and fill with 4 quarts of Mobil 1 Syn. ATF fluid. Big difference in changing gears...a lot less harsh...well worth the 30 minutes it took to change it out. Thanks realtor for all your help!

Can you give details of how it feels different? All shifts, or just 1-2 feel better?

Just think what it does for the life of the tranny! You should drain and fill 2 more times to attain an 80% synthetic to dino oil ratio. I am running 96% and 99% on my respective 97's.

I would say 1-2 and 2-3 is where I feel the most difference...I can barely tell the transmission is changing gears. I didnt do a full flush because i wanted to just try a drain/fill first to see the difference. Eventually I will do a full flush.
