Don't mean to hijack this thread, but are you still planning on getting the ME strut mounts made. I think in another month or so I'm going to lower my ride with H&R springs as well. Haven't decided on struts just yet, sort of waiting to see if the Illuminas come out, or I'll just get the blues. Obviously I would want to install the mounts at that time too. I've already disassembled my suspension twice, and while its not hard, its not much fun either, so I'd really like to not have to touch ever again once it is lowered.

Mike at ME said that 5 get mount is pretty much a combination of 2 parts from 4th get mount assembly. He told me that if I get a his strut mount and get the other part from nissan it should work. I will do that later, i just bought springs and truts and my modding burget is running low. I don't want to get myself in a dog house. My wife gives me a hard time when I spend to much on mods.

What is the other part? I believe there is a group deal going on right now for the mount and if it really is as simple as just getting some 4th gen parts, then I'd like to hop on to that group deal. I really appreciate the leg work you've done on this. Thanks, Matt

on the 4th gen the is a metal mount and a rubber washer. on the 5th gen it one combined part. now i'm not sure if this is a perfect fit, since one one has tried it, but it worth trying. call Dave B for the rubber part. I think they are not that expensive. before you join the deal, make sure ME takes it back if it doesn't fit. just in case
