titanium package consists of:

1) titanium tinted wheels (kinda like a black chrome finish)
2) titanium around center console
3) bose stereo
4) aluminum door sills
5) trunk mat with "MAXIMA" embossed
6) side air bags

umm..maybe some other ancillary stuff

but Titanium package has to have sunroof option

According to Nissan: Maxima's new Titanium Edition Package is a new option available only on SE models. The Titanium Edition Package features a Bose® audio system with AM/FM in-dash 6-disc CD changer, front seat side-impact supplemental air bags, in-mirror compass, floor mats and stainless steel sill plates with Maxima logo. It also offers titanium-tint color accents on the center console, titanium-tint accent stitching on the steering wheel and shifter, and alloy wheels with bright wheel finish. Valued at over $1,600, the package will be offered with an MSRP of $999.

'03 was the only year it was offered

you missed on the titanium (looks yellow to me) window tint that comes on the cars w/ that package. Its real subtle, and if you tint ur widows you cant see it anymore, but it is there.

I have an 03 SE Titanium pkg SE. Windows are not yellowish. All new Maxes do come with UV glass though. Maybe that is what you are referring to.

Do all 2000 SEs have the side-impact seat airbags???? Or was that an extra option???

In the upper right hand corner of the REAR-view mirror.

I just bought a 2003 Titanium edition SE and there is NOWHERE in the paperwork that lists a 'window tint' as you state here.

I think you are confused with UV glass.

Its not listed as an option. What you need to do is this: go park your 2k3se next to a 2k2 se with all the same options, same int color etc.... If you have a frost int, it will look like the tan int thru the side glass on the 2k3. The 2k2 will look just like normal frost. Also, the guy who does my window tinting told me that there was another layer already on there and that there and may cause some complication with my dual layer setup.
