car feeling sluggish

I have a 2000 maxima se that has about 30k miles on it. It has been feeling kinda sluggish lately and wanted to see what you guys thought about some things.

1. Would fuel injection cleaner (the type that goes in the gas tank) help at all?

2. At 30k miles do you think there would be any advantages to changing spark plugs.

I've already cleaned out the throttle body and put in a new air filter. Any suggestions for improved performance would be appreciated.

ive had good experiences with chevron techron fuel system cleaner. i usually put a big bottle in every 10k. im planning on chaning my plugs at 40-45k. there is not telling if a plug is fouled unless they are pulled. more than likely they are fine at 30k but it could just be that one or more plugs is out of gap. since the TB is clean and new air filter is in, that is all i can think of right now

Fuel additives arent recommended.. Injector cleaner should be greatly diluted from what the label recommends.. I've been told, even the Nissan injector cleaner shouldnt be used at full strength. I would be careful with it.

yeah, ive read the manual and i get better mileage after i use it and run the tank out. the larger bottle of chevron techron said 12-18 or 20 gallons and since we are on the bigger end, i figure it wouldnt hurt. i used the same bottle in my 95 altima which had a 14 or so gallon tank with no problems up to 105,000. of course, these are just my experiences.
