Quick Q on Amsoil for 5spd
Look to see what the owners/service manual says is the proper weight. If both are within specs, I would say use the lighter of the two. Would work better in the winter and since Amsoil has such superior film strength vs normal stuff, it will be no sweat for protection in the summer. You could run both no problem though.

The 4th gen 5 speeds were specced for 80W-90 and the 5th gen 5 speeds called for 75W-90. Either one can be used in both models.

I just ordered some 75W-90...so I'll be changing the oil next weekend. Wish me luck...
