WTF are reacing tires

Asking $21,250

So which is it?

Oh and the chip also makes it REALLY FAST on top of the afore mentioned extra 3 mpg...

The wheels look like **** and that car is not fully loaded it does not have a sunroof which leads me to believe it doesn't have leather or bose etc... Plus the asking price is about 5K more than what the car is work with over 34K miles. Whom ever pays 20K for this car is a fool!
