how did u break the torque wrench.

Use a half inch drive socket wrench.
On the other side use an open ended wrench.

Get on the floor and put your feet on the fender. Use youre feet for suppert and Pull with all your might.

If all else fails.....go to pep boys and just have them loosen it.

Thats what I did the first time.,
Now I have air tools =]

What also works.. If you can go to home depot and rent an electric Impact Wrench.
Or buy and return... Same thing =]

If you don't want to go with impact wrenches, try buying a breaker bar - it's basically a long, solid metal handle for sockets (usually 1/2"). So far that's taken off anything I've found on my Max (well, that and some cursing... )

You arent supposed to remove bolts with a torque wrench. Thats what a breaker bar is for.

Pulling with all your might? Might wanna just trying tapping or banking the handle to get it loose otherwise you might use too much force and strip the bolt....oh and yes use a breaker bar.
