Will camber bolts help?

I came across these on southwestautoworks and I was told from other .org members that these help but what exactly do they do? I installed ground controls and koni's and dont have the money for a camber kit. Are these bolts easy to install and would they fit my 2k2?

Heres the link to southwestautoworks page with them:

Camber bolts are great when you lower a lot (but not slammed), they will fix that terrible negative camber you get that burns out your tires too quickly. They are pretty easy to use too, 75 bucks or something like that. Cattman also carries them, despite them not being listed on the current site. If you got an alignment and are off -2 or so, get em or prepare to get new tires often.
