Wheel/Tire Combo, OFFSET????
Sorry guys I know that you all are constantly answers these questions, but here we go again!
I have a 2k3 SE, and I want to get 18's that do not rub my fender wheel wells at all. I will have a system in my car probably around 300lbs all together. I will be putting Koni adjustables with Tein springs. Now here go's.
1. What is the max offset that I can go with?
2. The wheels I am getting may have a LIP, does the offset take the lip into consideration? (I want to make sure that the lip will not cause the tires to rub my wheel wells)
3. What size tires should I get 225/40/18 or 235/40/18?
4. I was looking at the NITTO 555's, what do you all think of these tires?
When I went to Nitto's website it saids that for a 8 to 8.5 wheel width, it is ok to go with 225/40/18, I know some people are putting on 235's. Can someone shed some light on this?
