Dumb Maxima

Ok.
This is what happened today.
I let the car warm up for 30 minutes.

On my way to school i decided to floor it.

First gear fine until it readlines, then shifts to second gear after redline. Its at 5000 rpm when 1 second later it shifts to third at 3000 rpm.
WTF!

I don't floor it on a daily basis.
And I let it warm up properly
WTF!

Just venting

Maybe your tranny is toast too! All our maxes will self destruct!

Guess i'm glad I bought a 5spd. Seems like every other auto max owner is having issues with their trannies.
