i used a heat gun and some patience. just keep the heat even and dont get too close to the lens . its will warm up the glue stuff, its just like the stuff that holds on windshields, so it can get messy if your not careful.

Hairdryer works well also. Another thing you can do is let your car sit in direct sun for about 15 minutes tomorrow and that will ease up the gooey crap just fine. The 4, 8mm bolts are easy, then just push the tail light out towards the back of the car.

Got it. Just a little more elbow grease than I originally had thought.
Blazin- I just bought a 2k2 6 speed and I am just swapping them with each other, so I don't have any to sell. Sorry.

I know you're tall, but I had to climb in the trunk, and use my whole leg and PUUUUUUUSH really hard, while a friend waited outside for it to pop out.
Folding down the rear seats might give you more room too hehe.

Yeah remove the screws and disconnect the elect wire, get a towel, fold it over put it against the back of the light get leverage and push and it will slowly pop out the towel will protect your hand. go by your nissan dealer first and get a strip of replacement sealant, its the black stuff that will be stringy once you pop out the light. it seals the light to the surrounding area and keeps water out of your trunk
