My dealer told me go home and change it and then we fix your car....
It really depends on what the TSB is for. I just took my car in for a slipping transmission (2-3 shift) and I didn't take off my intake and they didn't say a word about it. I have to admit I was a bit worried though...
Read up on the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. It protects owners from being pushed around by dealers for having aftermarket parts. Keep in mind, the dealership does NOT have to perform the warranty work if the aftermarket parts are to blame for the problem.
