Door locks won't work from the outside

2k gxe, 85k miles, just bought it from carmax. now the driver's side door won't unlock from the outside, either with remoteless entry, or with the key. the only way to unlock it is from the inside by jiggling the lock level.

any thoughts?

Sounds like a mechanism problem. Mechanic or dealer time.

Unless you want to take apart the door yourself.
