I've had my Max for less than a week, and I've ordered my first mods. I got the AE sill plates and shifter to dress up the interior a bit. Dave at Southpoint is great! I'll order all future parts from him as well.

How much are the sill plates, and are they easy to install?

What's the point in bying a shifter?

The sill plates are $60 including shipping. I think they just pop into place after you pop the old ones out. I didn't buy the entire shifter, just the **** from the AE. I like the chrome look when compared to the original.

Are these sill plates available for the 4th gen? Or will the 5th gen fit on the 4th gen? I don't want the Infinity plates. Thanks.
