Looking to get new rims...lightweight set of 18s that are not to expensive.

My question is that they are 18X7 5-100/114.3 40S, and is reccommended for the max. Looks like most have 18x8 not 18x7? is that right?
Also I was looking at centerline wheels because they are light. Anyone have experience with them??? Thanks all.,
