What's the feedback on the HID anti-theft kits?

Whatever happened to the ones TimW was selling? How are they compared to the $80 Nissan one (which in my opinion should be free as part of a recall).

Any feedback? My car is garaged all the time, so I am not terribly worried, but it would be nice to have just in case I go to a DBacks game or something.

have you had a big problem with it down there? i thought it was mostly east coast guys seeing a bad trend?

from what i've heard, tim's kits are sturdier. i'm not totally sure if i'd want sturdy, tho... i think i'd rather they take the HIDs than beat up my hood and fenders trying and get ****ed and beat up my car.

Agreed!! I rather them take the lights..
Even if you have antitheft bolts, i am pretty sure they will just break the tabs and take them anyways..

Fortunately HID theft isn't as big in Canada..
