heated seats....

Anybody get heated seats installed after purchase? I got every option except the meridian one which has the heated seats. i'm thinking about having them put in, can this be done myself or does it have to be installed by the dealter

I think you have to buy new seats if you want the heated option. Seats arn't hard to install, but in your case, you have to do wiring and all that so you might want it to be done by the dealer.

I had cloth, I know have leather with 8 motor massage systems and a heating pad.
Just take off the leather, install the heating pad, wire it, put thhe leather back on and hapy birthday.

I would take it to an upholstery shop...

That's where I got mine, the carbon fiber ones. I bought the factory switches and wired 'em up. The carbon fiber ones don't fit too great because of the way our seat covers (2k2, 2k3) are attached, but I got it to work. I recommend finding non-carbon fiber though, if you can, just for an easier fit. Try your local shops.
