The badges that they carry are OEM 2k+ rear emblems.

yeah its hard to tell, because the stock black/silver one has a black plastic piece behind it, which kinda makes it so its flat over the curve in the back..and im not even sure how that one is put on, if its screwed in from the back, or if its just stuck there...i was just thinking debadging the back, and putting the carbon fiber maxima badge where the nissan is would like nice

Well ill tell you this much, It not screwed on. Im sure there is some kind of special glue you can use that wont harm the paint in anyway. The same thing they used to throw on the OEM badging. What that is I have no clue, maybe a call to the dealer might help clear a few things out. The curve on the rear is also a problem as you said. It might just be for grills ect... but Im sure it can be custom mounted somehow.

Yes, they will stick right on. They are adhesive backed with double sided tape, just like the stock badges. They will work fine. Do NOT use any extra adhesive or special glue.
