was wondering if all

the ppl who buy a nissan hate the service you get afterwards. the 3 times ive went back to get my car serviced they had damaged one way or another. for example once i had got my car detailed since i was going to vegas i wanted to get my oil changed so i took it to the dealer when i got it back they had given it the complimentry car wash which was just someguy with a water hose and a shop rag. he used the shop rag which peeled of the platic coating the paint had. has anyone else always have a hard time at the dealer or is itjust me.

thanks

I would say about 60-75% of us despise our service.. I very high percentage of us have had the same damage during service.. many have had much worse than what you describe. The dealers not taking responsibility is a given.

nissan service blows hardcore...i completely understand why people spend the extra money for the peace of mind that comes with infiniti service, cause it rocks. i would have an I35 if they offered it in a manual, but they don't

Are you referring to using Infiniti to service your Max? I've thought about doing this too. However, I've sort of lulled myself into a false sense of security since my Nissan dealership is also a Mercedes dealership.

i used to have an Infinti J30... Infinti service is AMAZING!!!!! it really rocks...any problems you have they fix asap...no hassel no haggel...just simply great...

plus, they give you a rental that is better then your car...that way if you ever decide to get another car from infinti you are more prone to get the car you rented...

ie: i had to change the odometer in my J30...they gave me the G35(sedan)...i mean this is when they first...i mean first came out

then i serviced my car and they gave me a I35 for the day

great sister company...parent company sucks tho!!!

when i bought my max the dealership tried selling me the lifetime oil change, free car wash, topping off all fluids thing for like 900 bucks, i said when it comes down to it i'd pay you 900 bucks so i would never see your faces ever again

nobody will baby your car like you will, NOBODY, that is why i will never take my max to the dealership unless i have to
