I ran into this pic on the web. I just wanted to know If it's possible to make these for a 2K3 cluster??? Not in blue though more like in a red or orange color. BTW, Is there a way to replace the bulbs in the gauge cluster with different ones???

 

I have the reverse glow gauges for my 2k2 sittin here, but those needles in blue or red would look off the hook.

 

My thoughts exactly. I think that these "lighted needles" would look nice in a 2K2-2K3 cluster in either red,blue or orange. I sent an e-mail to umnitza to see If these could be fabricated some way some how.

 

Theyre from importintellgence.com or however you spell it. Turns out thoes glow neeldes suck and their customer service sucks..and they just plain suck. I think Bigsadler had them at one point.

 

aren't the needles just sorta like fibre optics? what if u put a really powerful blue led through it

 

 

I had these in my old explorer.. Looks cool as hell, but is a pain in the *** to put in.. They are sorta like fiber optics and the wires are really really thin.. Once installed, don't think you are going to ever take them out in one piece.

they look nice but they are not worth the time or trouble.. i have a set still sitting in my basement. and i am an installer. Hey VS can you still get those stickers i think i wnat to get some black ones?

 

I found something in the JC Whitney catalog... LED glow sticks that you custom cut and hook up... pretty cheap, too.
