are all your vacuum lines hooked up? Make sure the ones for the swirl control valve are...

I had the same problem.

I had to take my car to the dealer 3 times. First, they just reset the ECU, but the problem came back. Eventually, they found it - the problem was one of the inputs into the ECU, or something like that. They got me a new ECU (I had to wait 3 days for it being shipped, but it was done under warranty) and everything has been OK since then.
