The thread is about the backing plate / shim / heat shield on the brake pads and their absence on the axxis metal masters.

Someone who replied told me he read in an How-To that you are supposed to take the plates off ur old pad and put them on the axxis ones.
Its the "Remove the backing plates on the pads and put them on the new ones for the correct side" that I'm not so sure about.

How do i put them on the new brake pads?? glue?????
