Sorry I cannot find the prev write-ups on this board, but was there a pending class action? What about other latest news? This regarding the front end paint chipping very easily, on the bumper as well as front of hood. Mine definitely shows this cheap paint quality with just over 30K (driven on 'normal' roads, not where gravel trucks travel).

 

Well I just got an email this morning telling me that the suits would be filed in the next month or so in all the states that have partner firms.. I think they only sent this to representative plaintiffs not everyone that signed up.
I had been contacted by Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard in CA abot 3 months ago about being a plaintiff in the case and all that would entail.
After a long wait I was finally contacted again by the Thanasides, Zalkin & Acero in New York about 3 weeks ago. Apparently they are the firn in charge of selecting all the representative plaintiffs in all states. They told me that almost all the pre-filing discovery has been done and that the suit would be proceeding shortly.
But I guess we are talking about lawyers here so you never really know what is goin' on till after.
