i NEED to make the dash brighter

I've searched everywhere, folks. a while ago i gutted the dash and the bulbs are not the standard 194/168 bulbs, but they're the smaller ones. Does anyone make an LED bulb that's lumen-comparable to Lexus, etc? Heck, if it's LED, let's make it a blue bulb. As of yet, I haven't seen anyone do this. Prove me wrong, folks.
