Have any of you guys had problems with ordering from this site?

Im about to order something and didn't know if these guys where

Any input would be helpfull.

custommaxima is a really good place to order from. The order ships out fast, and I've NEVER had any trouble with them.

I'd just keep the order and wait for the reply from them. It might take like a day or 2 for the reply.

Just email them. It took forever to get my grille from them, but they responded very quick to every email I sent and explained the situation.

Custommaxima has terrible customer service and shipping prices. Southwest autoworks is the way to go.

Custommaxima.com sucks. They charge 25% restocking fee for any returns, even if the item has not been opened and is in the same brand new, never used condition that it was received. Yes, this translates to $50 plus shipping back to them if you change your mind on a $200 item.
Worse thing was...they told me on the phone it would be fine to return...then the next day after I had already mailed it out, they called me back to tell me that there would be $50 held back from my refund for "restocking fee". Pretty shady and unfair if you ask me.
Puuuhlease. Restocking fee?? It doesn't take $50 in labor or "processing" to put an unopened item back in the stock room.
Anyways, bottom line is...
Their service is underhanded and all their fees(restocking, shipping, etc) are way over priced.

My one and only experience with them didn't go so well. I bought some clear corners and paid $15 for shipping on top of the product price and it took over two weeks to get it. That's ridiculous.
