Apexi vs K&N in Frankencar
Despite everything I've heard about their customer service lately, I'm still thinking of ordering a Frankencar intake soon. I figure what the hell...why not order it now and maybe I'll have it by August.
Has anyone had the chance to see both the Apexi and the K&N filter perform? Is the difference purely sound or does it make a power difference as well? I like the idea of a filter without oil because of the MAF and because it's easier to maintain, but I'm not sure if it's worth the extra $60 or so compared to a K&N. Thanks for any input.

From the people that owned A'PEXi and the K&N, The A'PEXi got the best reviews. Higher HP and stuff like that. I'd buy the A'PEXi myself but I got the K&N now so I'll wait till it has to be recharged and then I'll buy the A'PEXi.
