What offset would be good for 20's

I've only seen a handful of Max's with 20s, have patience young Danielsan. I'm sure one em will pop up eventually.

 

You shouldn't have a problem w/ +45. If you go to a local vendor, they'll be able to tell you what works.

The smaller the # of the offset is the less chance you have of rubbing. Get 35mm it will be perfectly even with your fender and far enough away from your wheel well to avoid contact and cause rubbing.

Actually yes I am in Iraq, Barsrah to be exact working with the British. I provide internet, secure internet, Vtc capabilities and telephones so that the intel guys and the British General here can communicate with the Commanding General of the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force. I have a satellite communications terminal that can pull down all these services with as much bandwidth as is needed. Since its my job I have all the time in the world to do be on this forum. I dont know if you noticed but the military is modern. Command and Control is done with computers nowadays. Not messengers going back and forth from the front lines. This is faster, more practical and more efficient. Do you want more proof, is it that important to you. I mean I could have said I was a network adminstrator at Playboy and was at the Playboy mansion gettin my ***** fondled while checking the forum . Why would I lie about being in a ****hole country like this away from things I truly Love like my kids. Is this mission critical could be, gotta make sure **** is working. Why not go to the forum and make sure everything is up. So tell me JT from the richest county in the US. Is there anything you would like to **** with me about. Cuz if you can wait a month, maybe we could me and settle our differences face to face so I can

i would never fight him over this. that would be stupid as hell. this started last week when he asked for opinions on rims. myself AND OTHER PEOPLE said it would look stupid and i said ghetto. he got mad cause we pised in his wheaties. so he started insulting me because i said they were ghetto. so it went from there. im laughing my @ss of about this stuff and he is mad and threatening to kick my @ss.

first off, why would you put USMC on your profile if you are not in the Marines. If you are a soldier in the army the say you are in US Army. Second, what does working at a SATCOM terminal have anything to do with posting on a forum. I was under the impreshion that the 1MEF is almost out of Iraq. Third, dont talk about the US military being in the 21st century. I have heard of a ton of bases where you cant use the internet because of limited bandwidth on the base. Especially on a newer base where you dont have "dug in" communication. Just trying to clear upsome info.

 

Dog I never said I was in the army either. he was assuming i was a Marine cuz I said IMEF (or at least i thought) this dumb jarhead forgot what was in his profile. he did do a lot of assuming before. but that was my bust. Satcom doesnt have anything to do with this forum, neither does the war but he brought it up and thats where it evolved from. Hearing about a lot of bases with bandwidth problems is new to me. I have been in for 7 years dog. I been around the block a lil bit. Never in any base (other services included (Which everybase has) have I been unable to get on the net cuz of bandwith limitations. **** its in the library and all types of Morale, Welfare and Recreation facilities(Which every base has). S h i t even Jt would agree with me on that. Where are you getting your info. Name me a new base?????????????? Oh yeah, IMEF is pulling out but you just dont all get up and leave at once. Gotta wait for the slow *** Army to get here. Im out of Iraq sunday dog. No disrespect cuz believe it or not, I respect everyone (you too JT)but you are very misinformed about the Us Military's communications capabilities. **** if can accomplish this type of Communications in the desert with a fraction of our field assets deployed and a few (compared to the total force) hard charging Marines, Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen just imagine what we have in the rear. You said you were a soldier. A "soldier" is a generic term form someone in the Army. What branch are you in?????? I was in Saudi (at a base that has been around 10 years) and we had no internet or phones because we had to conserve bandwidth. When I was in Oman during Enduring Freedom we couldnt even get on CNN.com because of bandwidth issues. Kuwait had the same problems during the war.

 

i have been in the mililtary for 9 years. i have been around the block too. i helped in the move from riyahd to prince sultan in 96. i was part of the first group of people to go into thumrait, oman 2 weeks after 9/11. i helped build the base including helping set up the network (both unclas and clas). the whole time i was there (3 months) we hardly had enough bandwidth to do work let alone go to forums. every contingency base i have been to (6) have ALL had bandwidth problems so they block all unofficial websites.
i understand that the military com capability has come along way. (we were using secure sat phones in oman) but it still sucks.

Im a US Marine and would never say I was anything else. Not knockin everyone else. Where did i say i was a soldier. i dont believe i read that. look carefully at what i wrote. did i say i was a soldier. i was effin with JT. Just cuz you are with IMEF doesnt mean you are a Marine. IMEF has soldiers in it too. Not too common outside of war though. That is what i was getting at. Camp Commando, Kuwait has been in place since November. Right now there are no bandwith issue. Im on the net now cuz of a Satcom terminal in Kuwait. It isnt a cable modem but there is bandwidth. There was no internet during the war. Its called Operational Security. Im sure you heard of that. i knew you were a marine and you tried to act like you werent. i found out. nice opsec!! it is funny how marines (who sleep in tents and eat dirt) have bandwidth in a place just set up. but people that are spoiled (AIR FORCE) in bases that have been there for 10 years dont. maybe we dont have bandwidth cause you are using it all to talk about ghetto rims pic didnt work

you did ask why everyone thought you were a Marine and tried to elude to other possibilities, such as being a soldier. I dont think saying that you were a Marine in the "First MARINE Expeditionary Force" would give any sensitive information away. Im sure someone would say hmm, hes in the 1st MARINE expeditionary force but I think he is actually a goverment assassin posing as a marine. There was no reason for hiding info unless you are embarassed about something. There is no shame in the military, it is a great job. You should be proud.

 

i agree with ice. there is no shame in being in the marines. if you have shame, and you asvab scores are high enough, you can join the air force

 

JT hell yeah Im gonna kick your ***. Just effin wit cha. Im a Sgt you? The net is slow but obvioulsy its fast enough for this. (You cant access **** or web based e-mail but you can go almost anywhere else. When the war kicked off they had it on lock, called it River City. No net and no outgoing e-mail. But now that **** is dead its open. In Al Jaber (Airforce base) the Wing (Jar head flyboys) had ****ty service. superslow, but they had lots of users off of one spoke. There arent that many users here.
