Just got Auto trans hesitation TSB done, but still hesitates.

Just got it back from the dealer. They replaced both the controller and shift solenoids and it is still hesitating. Has anyone experienced this too? Dealer said that its running slightly rich at idle and 1/2 throttle. They claim that running rich like that would cause this problem. They say it could be a messed up MAF or stuck fuel injector. I have a hard time believing that because it passed emissions a couple weeks ago before I bought it. I have an appointment with a different dealer to try to get a 2nd opinion. Any suggestions/ideas would be appreciated!

What TSB? The hesitation TSB is for 2k2's and 2k3's and it's an ECU reprogram.

I don't read TSB's that aren't related to my particular car.
