Driving the max- Hard/Soft..

When I drive my stock 2k GLE Max i drive it hard.. Now when my parents take the max out then they drive it really bad. Is the constant change from hard driving to slow and hard driving to slow bad for my baby? All help would be appriciative.. Thanks

It should be ok other than having a ECU with multiple personalities.

It shouldnt "hurt" your baby as you would think...

Just think of it as taking a day off from you pushing her hard... Everyone likes a day's vacation every once in awhile, right?

As many people have posted before, the engines that are in these 5th Gen Max's can handle pretty much anything you can throw at them, driving fast or slow

It's really bad - make sure your parents start hammering your Max immediately!!

j/k The only potential result is that the ECU gets new driving habits each time, so if you really share the car a lot, you get to drive it after them with less aggressive engine settings, and vice versa.

Hehe... My dad loves the max except the hesitation. Because there are a few roads that go from 2 lanes to one and he likes to always be first (as we all like to be) and speeds up and we always get that huge BUMP before it starts to pull. hehe... nonetheless, ill give my baby a little vacation. Thanks guys
