J/K! I love it. A family friend drove over today in his sister's '00 GLE. It was pretty nice. He drove the car over because he knew that I had a 4th gen. Maxima. Anyway, I took it out for a spin. It's quiet; it's stock btw. I definitely noticed an increase in power compared to my 4th gen. However, after adding in my CAI in my 4th gen., I don't really know. It seem like it's a bit more even after the CAI install. Too bad this was a GLE, and not a 5spd. manual one. Is it just me, or does the 5th gen. seem bigger inside than the 4th.? A bit too big if you ask me. It's really nice and all, but if I can afford a new car now, I think I'll pass on the 5th gen. Maxima. I'm more likely to see if I am able to purchase a new BMW M3. Not very soon though. Maybe have to wait and get a used one.

 

Good! I was going to tell you that you better try it again, or at least check for a pulse... If you get the chance, DO drive the 5sp!!!!

 

I would wait on a new Max. lets see if they come out with an SE-R version soon
