budget b-pipe and hks muffler

i want to get the budget b-pipe and it's 2.5inches, that equates to around 63.5mm. i also want to couple it with the hks sport muffler 3302-EX082, but the inlet is 60mm. my question is, will there be a clearance issue/exhaust leak? does anybody else have this setup? i was also thinking of gettin the powertech PT1011 muffler, but i don't like universals. muffler shops always seem to have a problem with crush-bending a pipe jus' right so it doesn't clank with anything. plus i like the added durability of steel. anybody know a good shop in san diego?
