Anyone know who this is...
I know it says 2k2dmax as the username, but I did a search and couldn't find a match here... I'm interested to see where he got the molding for that custom job, and how the new screen interacts with the Navi... I'm interested in doing a similar setup with the alpine screen and navi...
Can anyone provide any information? See the link below..

I guess the real question is do they make/sell these kinds of dash kits at the store? Or is that one he is using custom made? I'd like to move the navi down and put in another screen so i can hook up a ps2/dvd player..
Will I still be able to use my steering wheel controls and the navi as a cd player with an aftermarket head unit?
any ideas?

like the other guy said, go to a decent car audio spot! it's pretty easy for them to do this. the car audio spot will most likely not do this themselves. they use a place that basically only does this sort of thing. then they charge you 3-5 times what it cost them.
i had one made for a RX300 that i picked up for my brother. i was charged $60 for the mold. no mark-up cause i am close with the audio shop, 310 motoring in l.a.

they actually had to blend the mold into the dash cause they needed to cut the radio/ac/etc controls out to move them lower. looks perfect.
check out the other RX300's to see what stock looks like.
