??? on extended warranty

USA Warranty Center is selling extended warranty for 36month/36000 miles. No cealing on reimbursment, includes towing, just $50 down. Price is $1765, can be splitt up into 12 payments.
Do you think it worth it?

If you are a member of AAA, try them..they are cheap and offer 5 years...
