Help! Hit a tire on highway

Hey guys,

Over the weekend I hit a tire on the highway and my plastic cover under the front bumper came off. I am missing the clips that hold up the plastic piece to the bumper.

My problem is I don't know what that plastic piece is called.

I was hoping someone knew the exact part name.

Since this all happend my bumper is lose on the passanger side. I am not sure if something broke or not, I also have a crack in the middle.

If I go with a new bumper, do you guys think it would be a good idea to get bumper from a 2001? Not sure it there are fitment problems, but I was thinking since we dont have a front lip for the 2002's + I would buy one from a earlier model so I can put on the AE kit.

thanks in advance.

Re: Help! Hit a tire on highway

1) The name of the plastic piece under the front bumper fascia assembly is called the 'Engine Undercover.' The ones off to the sides are 'Front Fender Protectors.' I don't have part numbers, but that should help get you started.

2) '00/'01 and '02/'03 front bumper fascia assemblies are different. The '00/'01 assemblies have integrated grilles whereas the '02/'03 have removeable grilles. Also, the general look between the two assemblies is different.
