My eyes hurt from reading all of the caps, but here goes....i've had a Progress RSB on my 03 SE for a few weeks. I havn't bottomed out anywhere or heard any noises whatsoever.

Mind you in not lowered yet either.

I've got the Addco bar (basically the same as the Progress) and I'm lowered a bit more than an inch (Maxspeeds). I have no squeeks/noises and have not bottomed out.

umm lowering your car wont make the bar lower. But anyway no noticable noises here.

The progress, no noise... on maxspeeds... even when loaded down...

I've had the addco before, and that thing made a lot of noise when loaded down... on stock springs! lol...

the progress bar addresses this problem well.

Again, lowering the car will not lower the bar because it is fixed to the axle which never lowers. The body lowers toward the axel...get it. As far as squeek, none yet but it's brand new. Combined with the FSTB there is a better handeling feel- be it not the night and day I read about. Maybe once I get stuts, springs and better tires I'll notice the benefits more. Still swims a little in the turns but hey it is a sporty coupe.
