Hesitation TSB Question

I just picked my car up from the dealer. I had the hood rattle, wind noise, and clutch TSBs done. I had also requested that the hesitation TSB be done as well. They told me that my ECM had the latest part #, so it didn't need the reprogram. I am not sure how that could be since my car was made in Feb 02 and purchased in July 02. It hadn't been in for anything other than oil changes, and does exhibit the hesitiation problem (in my opinion).

Is it even possible that I have the latest rev when the TSB came out in March 03? They did every other TSB without any problem, so I have to think they would have done this one too if it needed to be done.

What do you guys think? Is it possible? Could they just not have the latest information? BTW: They were very good to deal with, much different than what most people report on the forum. Dealership is Town North Nissan in Austin.

TSB

A 2002 with a build date of 02-02 will not need the new MAF, but it WILL NEED THE ECM REPROGRAMED!!! 100% sure.
Even most of the 2003's will need the updated ECM program.
