Two questions...

1. I wanna get some neon tubes for under the dash (red to be specific). Who knows the cheapest source?

2. A while ago I heard mingo talk about modding the throttle body for more hp... was this bunk or is there really something you can do to it... etc?

1) Check out Street Glow for the neons.

2) You can take off a few millimeters on the TB, but if you go too far, you'll get too much air at idle.

I have no clue what a throttle body is so I'm assuming I should just leave it alone? Or is it an easy mod? Is it even worth it? Why is the sky blue?

It's that big metal thing that takes in air... after your MAF sensor. I'd leave it alone unless you know how to make the opening larger. It can be a simple mod... take a dremel and start shaving it down. Most people say our TBs are large enough already, so it's up to you on the worthiness. Why blue? Because of the light refraction...
