Intake Plenum Replacement for VIAS
Intake Plenum Replacement for VIAS
If you're driving a 2k or 2k1 Max and you're having problems with the PV in your intake plenum (the dreaded VIAS malfunction)...
you're better off buying the part than trying to have NNA fix it for you. They officially have no TSB issued for the problem, nor do they officially acknowledge that a problem exists (other than completely redesigning the PV for the 2k2+ engines.)
The bad part: $441.00 for a new plenum, part #14010ZY910.
The good part: getting rid of the annoying stumble at 4k rpm as the ECU richens the fuel mixture, but no additional airflow is there to compensate.
