Its screwed up, I could not prove they did it (no proof) but I think id remember a 6" gash in my wheel if I did it I work at a shop too, the only reason I went was to cover the stupid wind noise TSB, the brake rotor crap I fixed myself. I hate going to the dealer.

Wow, I'm so surprised, LOL.
I don't trust dealers at all anymore, so you should always check to see your car is fine first, and then if you want to have proof, don't forget to take pics of your car before you go to the dealer. Better to spend money on photos than have a hassle caused by what the dealership does.

pictures won't do much... you'd have to notice the problem while still on the dealer lot and even then they could still claim you did it on your way to get the pictures developed.
it's a much better idea to do a walk-around with the service manager and point out anything 'wrong' with your car and have him sign off on it. That way the manager knows you know your car and if you claim damage, you have a paper with his sig that says he knew where all the damage was when you dropped it off.

i will never take my car to the dealer again. the last car i had, honda accord 96 with 84K, took it in to get a 84K checkup. next day brake was going all the way to the floor. they said i needed a master cyclinder($250) took it to a local mechanic, flushed the air out of the brake hose. problem fixed. then took it back to get trans flush. week later, trans was slipping and i needed a new transmission quote of $4800. traded the car in for 5K (lol) and got a max. couldnt be happier now.

yea next time u do go to the dealer make sure everything checks out. since my car is new only 6000 miles i didnt have to mnay scraches. but the only good thing that came out of this was they repainted my whole bumper so all the rock chips and the big scrached i did was taken care of. any ways ill post some pic soon.

The thought of a greasy mechanic beating on my clutch during lunch hour ! WTF!
I luckily found a garage near my house-the owner is a Nissan Specialist- he seems cool- and hes worked on my wifes VW for cheap-
so I might take my car there soon just hit 16K!
