Anyone think Gold emblems would look good on a gold car?

 

IMHO, gold is a thing of that 20th century... it's a little gaudy. heck, even gangstas who used to wear gold "dope ropes" have switched over to platinum.

anyhow, if possible, go with black. that's where it's at. silver and black.

You won't have any contrast so you won't even notice them. BTW, I saw a green 5th gen the other day with gold on the wheel wells and it looked pretty ridiculous. IMO, gold on black looks pretty nice.

 

To me gold on anything looks tacky. If you are one that likes gold then you have to make the judgement call yourself. If you are borderline... don't do it.

 

Gold emblems are not as popular as they used to be. Kind of outdated and tacky.
