New tires for a 2003
Did a search on here for tire sizes and found that nice little link

My question is a stock 225/50-17 seems to compare very well to a
245/45-17 true? Just gives me one more size of tire and price range to look at.
Any foreseen issues with going with a 245/45-17 on a 2003 SE max?

Let me add a few more pieces to this. Just to make sure I understand...
Stock rim width on a 2003SE is 7.0 so any tire I get needs to fall within that 7.0 range?. ok makes sense..... So a 245/45 might not work to well then...
