My sorry Potenzas or about to be R.I.P

But on the unfourtunate side, I'm short on cash.
What is a good tire, but also has a good price tag.
I saw the Kumho Ecsta(I think) were going for like $96/tire. Is that about the best, or are there others I should take into consideration?
