I was lucky enough to get a I30 from enterprise this week and here are some of the things I have noiticed.

The car can take a U turn in a smaller radius. Does anybody have the specs to confim this? It has smaller wheels than the max...is that why?

The car also has settings for the power seats...(cool but not worthy)

It has a option to move the seat back once the ignition is dead....and moves back once started (cool)

Rear shade: alright....but if you are going to get your windows tinted ....no big deal.

I like the clock that you can see during the daytime....and it is uliminated at night (looks pimp!)

The dash sucks compared to the max...(kinda boring!)

The I30 looks like a 626 mazda...from the back (that sucks!)

It is a lot quieter than the max.

Auto sucks (except when going in second gear and for some reason it decides to jump to first....wooooohaaaaa!)

The gauges light up on the dash during the daytime....but if you turn on the lights during the daytime they go dim....

Same keyless remote....(whick sucks IMO)

Passenger gets the auto down and auto up feature (what the hell nissan! DO you think our passengers arent worthy!??)

The ride is a lot better...I have the SE though!

IMO I would not opt for the I30.....not many people are familiar with the name compared to Lexus or Acura. The car does not have that many more options to warrant the extra money. I also think the body and the interior is not as exciting than the maxima!

 

how did the auto window button look in the I30 for the passenger? does that part look like it will fit in the Max? cause if yes then i smell another mod coming along... do rear have auto windows too or just passenger and driver? lemme know

Just the passenger window....same button....it does sound like a good mod for the max!

Speaking of windows, I test drove a 2000 and from what I remember the rear windows went all the way down. I have an 01 and the rear windows don't, is there any way to make them go all the way down. I think it sucks that they don't.

 

they dont go all the way down on my 2k max... or anyone else's 2k max that i know of
