HID's in a 2k H4 housing

Any and all info is apprecaited. I am looking to upgrade to HID's but want to retain my stock housing. I know 4th gen guys do this. However, I have heard problems, mainly glare. Please post whether you currently are running this set-up and your impressions. Also manufacturer is helpful. Also, bulb types_ I am not cler as to the defining difference between the two types of D2's(S and R?). I am leaning towards a McCulloch set-up, any thoughts? Hey,
Im not tryin to hijack your thread but im interested in this also. I can get my hands on a 7500k High/Low kit but am not sure whether to go for it or not.
